Production Timing + Shipping Info

Most of our offerings are made to order just for you. Please allow a 2-3 week production time. Your purchase will ship ASAP when it is completed, and you will receive an email notifying you that it has shipped. For a selection of items ready to ship immediately, please see the One of a Kind section.

Orders are shipped with a flat rate of $8 for domestic purchases via USPS First Class Mail, which delivers within 2-5 days. For international orders, we offer a flat rate of $25 via USPS First Class Mail International, which delivers in 10+ days.  If you require expedited shipping, please email us for options. Custom orders and orders in gold requiring higher insurance values may incur a higher shipping cost, please contact us if you have a question about the shipping costs of your order.

 

All orders are shipped in a simple, brown kraft jewelry box with a polishing cloth included. If your order is intended to be a gift, please let us know at checkout so we can withhold a receipt. We can also include a personal note at your request.


For international customers:

Import duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the item price. You will most likely have duties and taxes due upon customs clearance. Please familiarize yourself with your countries import regulations and duties prior to ordering.

 


Returns, Repairs + Sizing

We accept returns for made-to-order earrings, bracelets, and necklaces, for shop credit only, within 14 days of receipt. Made-to-order rings are final sale. If your purchase was damaged in transit, please let us know within 5 days of receipt. The customer is responsible for shipping costs on returns.

Although all Annika jewelry is crafted for durability and longevity, occasionally repairs are necessary. We are happy to provide repairs for free within 30 days of receipt, and for a fee thereafter. Please contact us if you are in need of a repair to discuss options.

 

We try to provide relevant size and shape information for all of our offerings. Please contact us if you have any questions. For rings, we suggest you have your size determined by a professional. You can pop into any jewelry store and ask to be sized. Although we may be able to resize rings for a fee, we recommend purchasing the correct size.

Jewelry Care

Silver, brass, and bronze develop natural patinas over time from wear and exposure to water and chemicals. To minimize the exposure, store your jewelry in a sealed bag while not wearing it. If you prefer to remove the patina, rub vigorously with the polishing cloth provided. Gold can also be polished by hand to revive its luster. Some of the stones used in our jewelry are porous, and it is generally a good idea to avoid exposure to harsh chemicals and detergents while wearing them. 

When worn close to the skin, brass and bronze jewelry can oxidize with the oils and acids present on the skin and produce a green surface stain for some people. If this natural occurrence happens with your jewelry, a thin layer of clear nail polish can be applied to the interior of the piece to mitigate the effect.
